Adult Weightlifting

Receive an individualized weightlifting program and perfect your skills in our small classes with the help of your coach. All of our coaches are USA Weightlifting (USAW) certified.

These classes will help you build strength and fix any weaknesses to achieve your goals. They are perfect for any skill level, from recreational to competitive athletes.

Youth Weightlifting

Designed for ages 8 and up, these classes focus on developing the proper technique for exercises such as the snatch, clean and jerk, squat, and press. Age-appropriate progressions for strength training are also used.
